Me being white seems to counter the effects of me being foreign and "rich". I think I've said it before, but my mixed race friend who looks like a slightly light skinned dominican is CLEANING UP at his apartment in Santo Domingo. Me, I get some initial interest for being exotic, but then I get the feeling the girls see no future with me and don't wanna be seen with a foreigner/tourist.
