Pachuca, Mexico

There is already a lot of information in the blogs here, and even more questions, about women and living conditions in Mexico, but nothing on Pachuca specifically. I can understand why I have found no threads on Pachuca, Mexico. It is not a tourist haven and not great for travelers on short trips looking for game. Nevertheless, the situation here can be very good for you guys who are living in Latin America and asking about Mexican women. And very few tourists means very few feminists. Here, you don’t even have to see the man-bashers.

Pachuca is a small city a little more than an hour’s bus ride north of Mexico City. Buses are plentiful at el Central Norte (the north bus depot in Mexico City,) and the ticket is about $5-7 USD, more or less, depending on the line. Take the more expensive ADO line because the security is better. This part of Mexico is peaceful, but there is some of that Jesse James highway robbery shit on the freeways. It will cost you about the $7 mentioned, and you will need to show your passport or Visa or whatever to buy your ticket and again to board.

The population of Pachuca is about double that of Clearwater, Florida. Compared to what I saw during my mongering days in San Jose, Costa Rica or Lima, Peru, Pachuca seems dull on first glance. There are few clubs; most pick-ups happen at private parties or at schools. Few hookers walk the streets, and they are difficult to recognize, although there is one hotel downtown (el centro) called Hotel America (or something close) with hookers sometimes lounging outside. Usually, however, the pros don’t walk the streets openly like in Mexico City, and the only “Meat Market” is a restaurant with some really good, thick steaks. However, any guy who lives here, even for a one semester ESL teaching job, won’t be alone for long. Beneath a quiet, conservative cover, there is fun to be had.

Like other cities in Mexico, there are more women than men, most of them available. Even some that are not available . . . are available. As some members have pointed out, the high-class women are harder to land and often stuck-up besides. Single girls at the universities or working the checkout lines at supermarkets or cashiering at the local Oxxo (their version of the 7-Eleven) are friendlier, and they like anything from the United States. Married women are sometimes very friendly too. On the average, there are many more faithful women here in Mexico than in the United States, but there are also a lot of drive-in motels in town that do not ask questions. The single girls want to go to the hotels too because of that conservative cover. The women are very hot here, but they don’t want anyone to know it. The key for guys living here is patience, as is the case for most Latin women. For guys who want something lasting, the wait is worthwhile.

For guys looking for professionals, there are two options: strip clubs and newspaper listings. Ask any taxi driver to take you to “Foxy’s.” They all know where it is. “Foxy’s” is the top strip club in town, but it is also on the main drag of strip clubs of various levels of price and quality. Most have a drive-in motel next door or nearby. Prices, even at “Foxy’s,” are reasonable by United States standards, but you will find the practice of “ladies’ drinks” as the price for conversation (or negotiation). Money aside, the girls are beautiful and nice to talk to. Watch the time, however, because taxi prices go up crazily after about 10pm., from the $2 it cost to get you to the bar up to $10 to get back to the hotel.

If you want a quiet vacation, and you’re not into the bar scene, or you are living in Mexico but don’t want to settle down just yet, there are the newspaper listings. Working girls are not listed in all of the papers. Buy the Sol de Hidalgo and look in the Sports section “Deportes.” Find the section inside labeled “Avisos,” then “Varios 2.” There will be forty or so listings, small 2-4 line ads, for available girls who will go to your home, hotel or apartment and not charge much ($20-50 USD) for an hour or two of fun in the sack or to go to a restaurant or whatever you want to do.

Probably the best places to find nice, non-professional women in Pachuca are universities or language schools, and the same applies if you are a teacher or student. As mentioned, there are more women than men in Pachuca, and in the schools, both female students and teachers are looking for men. In fact, in English language schools, many of the students are experienced English teachers who work in the school system and are trying to improve their language skills. I met my wife that way.

So, why Pachuca, really? Because there is a relative lack of both feminism and stress here. You won’t see many tourists, and the Mexican women here are traditional, kind and hot. One woman told me: “We love men here. Men are our drugs!” Most of the single girls here worry about social appearances. They won’t do first-nighters, but, in the long term, most of them are faithful, horny, and they take care of their men. Most women here in Pachuca (not all—there is some bad, USA influence) know how to cook, iron and clean house, and they want to do it. Most of them don’t nag. They don’t like to fight. They like to shop, but they are not materialistic like USA feminists. They don’t demand money. If you don’t have cash for shopping, they don’t complain. They are just as happy sitting at home, watching a movie or walking around downtown near El Reloj. Once you get to know the people here, you will find that parties are one of their main pastimes, and they take care of their friends, asking for nothing but friendship and appreciation in return.

So, yeah, you can get laid in Pachuca, and you can get more than that if you want it. Any questions?
