What's possessed you to go there?

I've been to 31 countries and it was the worst place in the world i've been to. The women are ugly (have massive noses), are extremely conservative, even the exclusive clubs had a 8-1 male female ratio. Every single person i came into contact with was a liar.

The positives: its ridiculously cheap for clothes shopping (take advantage) and the food is the best ive ever had anywhere. Go to a 24hr restaurant "Kafkaz" (Caucusus). There are a few of them around. For 3 euros you will eat like you have never eaten before. It alone almost atoned for everything else.

Bust out a sheet? How long were you there? Where did you stay? Nightgame/daygame? What do you mean by everyone "was a liar?"

I was there for 29 hours (stopover) which does not qualify me to produce a datasheet and given the women are ugly i dont see what value this would add.

My experience was very negative. I caught the luggage handlers going through my bag, every taxi driver tried to rip me off (and then stalk me for more work), my booked hotel didnt hold my room, the people were all parasitic in nature.

I went to the 2 best clubs which were cockfests. Ran into a bunch of students from the U.S who said choosing to study there was the biggest mistake they had made. None of them had been laid in months.

The girls were very friendly during the day in restaurants and shops but i doubt they were single given Yerevan has a female shortage.

I had a feeling this was the case.

I'm going to wait for someone who is there for more than a day to pass judgement.

This confirms a lot of what I've heard from others in the region. It supposed to be the worst capital in the Caucasus. Although others tell me the girls are gorgeous, but super hard to crack.

@Wolverine: I'm going there because I'm trying to visit every country. Also, the best looking girl I met in Lviv, Ukraine was from there. My expectations are low, however.

Two days till touchdown.

NN, what's your secret as far as being able to afford to travel so much? I mean even with Sky Scanner those flight costs have to add up.

@naughtynomad Never been there, but most Armenian women i have seen are quite pretty.Yes,they have strange noses but still pretty. If you are Azeri though, maybe a.you are not allowed to visit the country or b.it isnt that safe for you, given that Armenians hate Azeris and finally c.even if you can go and are not assaulted,do you think being an enemy would appeal to local women?
