There are places in the U.S. way worse than Baltimore which aren't even listed. I'm calling bullshit. Camden isn't even on there.

The city developed into a crime-infested place with limited jobs and hardly any new economic growth plans to supplement the issues.

^ I think the reason Camden isn't on there though is because no foreigners travel to Camden. They were talking about cities foreign governments issue trale warnings for.

Camden is a city of well under 100,000. I think the reason it is not on the list is that the cities listed are all at least fairly large cities. Atlantic City is probably also more dangerous than many of the cities listed, but it has a population of under 50,000.

Beautiful NJ FTW. There are always going to be parts of that state that are like a warzone.

It says the southside and eastside for Houston which is stupid. You cant say a certain side of town is bad here because nice and shitty are mixed up on all sides. Hell, River Oaks is the richest neighborhood in the city and is on the southwest. Lolz at not mentioning the Northside. No idea how they came up with those 2 sides to warn people about.

Isn't it Houston where a lot of the nicer neighborhoods like River Oaks and West U are actually separate municipalities? Also there's no zoning laws and stuff. A crazy and depressing city really in terms of urban planning.

I have a friend moving there and he's tempted to move to Montrose as it's the only seemingly decent residential pedestrian-friendly area with bars and such, but it's also filled to the brim with gay people and hipsters.

I just want to point out that number 2 is Detroit. I guess he would rather walk through the favelas of brazil or Iraq before coming to detroit.[Image: huh.gif][Image: huh.gif][Image: huh.gif]

Yeah, that author clearly didn't think this through. He also says that Mexico City (murder rate 8.4:100,000) is somehow more dangerous than San Pedro Sula, Honduras (murder rate 111:100,000, 12x higher).
