ODESSA:
High end city with stunning girls, but high costs. If you have specific questions about doing well on a budget, ask me.

Nightgame- Arcadia strip is expensive but worth a visit as its a cool spot. Bunch of high end night clubs directly on the beach. A lot of them have strip shows which is really popular in the FSU as a whole. People will be dancing like normal and all of a sudden the DJ calls a stripper to the stage, and everyone looks.

Try the clubs by the beach further away from arcadia if you want to save money. Usually smaller and you get working class girls to come. A lot friendlier and down to earth. To get to these smaller clubs, ask a local for good swimming spots and they will usually point you in this direction, its further from the port area. Take a bus there then walk along the beach and you will see several clubs.

Day game:
Huge options. Head downtown to Deribasevskaya. Walk for hours seeing tons of hotties.

Also, try the Real store. Its located in a mall with plenty of hot girls. More suburban, down to earth.

Food: Try the open air markets, good prices and quality. Plus some chances to game the girls. Take a look at the "inyourpocket" guides for more info on restaurants.

General tips:
point your hand on the street and many cars will stop that can serve as taxis. Tell them your destination and arrange price before getting in.

In mashrutkas(yellow mini buses), you pay upon exiting. (When newring your stop, yell out your stop's name and hand over the money). Also, if you are in back say "peredaitye na (stop's name), pazhalusta" and the person will pass the money along and tell the driver to make a stop at the place.

Get a newspaper with adverts for apartaments and call to find one. Get a local to do this if you have friends. Many spots outside the center of town are cheaper, are within walking distance of the beach, and have access to more down to earth girls.

Don't expect to be treated well just because you are a foreigner. Unless you speak Russian, you need a very high level of game, looks, and cash. If you do have these qualities, some of the hottest girls on the planet, no contest.

Fun place to visit just to see the pure level of talent available, and a pretty nice city too. Unless you have the Russian skills or above avg game/cash/looks, try to get to the more suburban part of the city such as the local beaches (30 min away from downtown by bus). Many good options, but be prepared to wade through many rejections. Even so, you'll still see some really hot girls

Good report. Until 2004 the arcadia clubswerent that expensive , then everything skyrocketed. odessa is where the rich Ukrainians and Russians who are urbanites go to party. Yo u will noticed al l those new luxury buildings? Most of the tenants are Russians from Moscow. Being from abroad means nothing there. And eliminate looks and game fro m the 3 qualities you need .There idea of beauty is different than western media anyway and the girl s have more game than you. Infact alot of the girls have money s o that leaves you with the poorer girls wh o will want you t o sponser them.
the problem is the real attractive girls are unavaialble leaving the not s o attractive ones as available. however the odessans have thier ow n style of feminism and the unattractive girls seem more hipster type tha n rest of FSU so you will see more girls in sneakers and unattractive clothing. its a shame considerign they have good bodies. if you want a good looking Odessan its best to finfd them i n Kiev ,like I met my wife. Then they will dress in heels and act like Kiev girls and you wil l have less competition with locals. You see local Ukrainians from other cities avoid Odessan women ,thinking the girls to greedy ,clever and and most important more Independant. I have heard this before. Odessan women when in other cities,including Kiev see the locals as to unemotional, humorless(odessa humor capital) and un ambitious. So they end up personality wise as closer in mentality to foreighners.
Like I said its a real shame being that some say Odessans are the most beautiful girls. They often g o to gyms or bike ride s o there bodies are good ,however since they eat alot i saw more fatties than in Kiev. They also have money so going to salons and hairdresers is a passtime.
Odessans also have alot of mix blood , which could be attractive .Alot of Greek blood ,serbian blood, Romanian blood, jewish blood( 1/3 of the city was jewish in 1940). Alot of those tall serbian types are there. But they could just be tourists since alot of eastern Europeans tour there or do business.
Lol, I still want to hear why Kamaki avoids Odessa. is it reputation or bad experience?
Also be advised that there is alot of crime in Odessa. Almost half of all expats i know have been mugged or beaten at one time or another ,however , ofte nit was stupidity on expats part. I could only assume more tourists get i n trouble. A Russian family friend explained it to me. he said its not against foreighners because they hate foreighners ,it because foreighners are msot likely not going to be able t oget friends and go looking for the attackers.
1. my wifes nephew got hit in head from behind and cell phone robbed lst year(hes local)
2. English teacher wh ospoke Russian got robbed and beate no nthe beach in plain daylight when they heard him speak o ncell phone.
3. my American 6'4" ex military friend got int o 3 voilent situations , though t o be honest he kind of may have encouraged 2 of them. But what is funny is that its like his big size actually made him a challenge that the locals s wanted to fuck up. Deb always said how his height would protect him becuase Ukrainians are pussies wel l it seems in Odessa it might encourage them to fuck him up.
4. Another older American (over 50) was put in hospital, teeth smashed out ,in center broad daylight.
5. 2-3 years ago a Brit was kidnapped and held for ransom.
proble m is odessa has a real criminal class that preys on whomever they can local and foreighners ,but foreighners are easy prey. my flat(i am resident there) was broken into , guy came though the 4th floor window like spiderman ,real cat burglar type. This can be a proble mbecause alot of the wome nare part of this criminal class and have thier own scams. For example going int oa taxi with you and driver takes you outside city and they rob you. That happen s in whole south of Ukraine ,not just Odessa.
