What are the places you've found the most extroverted, friendliest people?
Not necessarily in terms of girls, but just culture in general - friendliness, willingness to have random conversations, easy goingness, chatting to strangers, neighbours, etc. "Mingling" cultures where people are chillaxed and really interact with each other alot?
My last few trips have been Scandinavia, Germany, Korea, Thailand and SE asia. And looking back, they've all be damn conservative!
What are your thoughts? Brazil jumps to mind, is that the case?

I think almost all Latin cultures are probably more extroverted than most of the world. And they are much more friendly than americans

Canadians are friendly and open but can be cliquey. But it is easy to walk into any bar or place in Canada and strike a conversation with people.

Latin cultures for sure. In Italy, Spain and the Latin American countries I've been to you see strangers striking up casual conversation all the time.
As for superficial friendliness the US is one of the friendliest places I've been to. Especially outside the major cities and older (40+) people. However, there is an undercurrent of paranoia and every man for himself thinking there too.

The Philippines is the friendliest in Asia. People not from BA in Argentina are also quite friendly. Finally, almost every Brazilian i've met is pretty open.
India is also very open if you are not ethnic Indian. I felt like i could talk to practically anyone.

Colombia and Argentina are two of the most extroverted I've seen, Colombia more than Argentina.
Ecuador and Chile are lesser variants of Colombia and Argentina, appropriately.
Bolivia - hell no. Peru, not so much.
I disliked Panama, but YMMV. Costa Rica was great. Nicaragua and Honduras are like Bolivia and Peru.

Germany is definitely conservative. I'm having a little trouble finding the really slutty girls.

With all due respect to the OP, it would be more beneficial for a significant segment of the Game-studying population to learn where /introverts/ are more likely to be found! Finns are rumored (by Roissy himself) to be so, and introversion is probably associated with Nordic genetics to an extent, but that's the extent of my knowledge.

I agree that Latin cultures are probably the most extroverted, especially so in the smaller cities and towns.

Have you guys found the Philippines to be unnaturally cold and stoic? Just curious. I met some tourists and it was like talking to a brick wall.

Surprised the Carribean nations are not getting a mention. For being friendly and outgoing I have found Bahamians to be that way but not in Nassau/New Providence. If you get out to the family islands the people are great fun to hang out with ( no good for game though unless you're into obese women ).
Georgians were incredibly friendly and outgoing too. It was a shock to hear Russian being spoken by people with big smiles on their faces and that liked to laugh and be loud in public. Probably the friendliest race I've met outside of the Carribean region.

No surprise there about the Georgians. Their friendliness and hospitality is well renowned. I had the privilege to meet a few of them in Russia and beyond. Sounds lads altogether. There used to be a Georgian restaurant in Dublin but alas no more but anytime I am abroad, I always head for one and for very good reason. A good bottle of Georgian red is unrivalled.
Same could be said for alot of the Caucasian peoples including Armenians. A few of my mates were in Yerevan last year for the football and had a blast. The locals were so friendly and laid back. They too had been in Russia and didnt like the place. I dont understand how Georgians and Armenians get bad press in Russia.

Montreal, QC. You can pretty much make friends at a cafe and get invited to where ever they will be later on that night. If you don't mind the language barrier in some instances and the extreme cold alert during the winter.
