There are beautiful girls all over, but the ones from North Africa that went in large numbers to France and i find fascinating are the Berbers, who are a unique, small tribe and race.

Back to picking african girls in EU, well, yes, always be mindful of their male friends and family. No offense to you but it really doesn't sound like you know what you're talking about when it comes to N. Africa. Most Moroccans are either Arab, Berber, or a mix of Arab and Berber. My French friend's girlfriend is Berber. My Moroccan friend is Berber. Another Moroccan guy I know is a mix of Arab and Berber. Another Moroccan is Arab.

They are anything but a hard to find ancient white Mediterranean tribe, as you say.

Ethnically speaking, North Africans (they call them Maghrébins in France) are 90% Berber (the 10% mix is from the Arab colons centuries ago who islamized the area).

Culturally speaking, there are the "Arabs" and a few Berber tribes in the mountains who follow the traditional Berber way of life.
There are some political clash between the "Berber" and the "Arabs". So you will find "Arabs" in the towns (who are ethnically Berbers, without knowing it sometimes) who hate the Berbers...

You're right again but these poor Arab guys in the suburbs ("les banlieues") are not that religious. Well in France, due to their colonial past in North Africa, they've had MUCH more NA immigration than in Spain (on a side note, I was in barrio gothic in Barcelona this summer and I could see from my window NA Arabs mugging tourists every 30 minutes or so. When you say "it's" getting worse, what are you talking about?

By "it´s" I meant the way girls are treated by their family regarding their freedom. From what I´ve heard the North african and blacks in France started to get fundamentalists about islam. I guess it´s a way of them being against the system. When I lived in France 20 years ago there were no talk about islam. Recently France aproved a law forbiding girls to wear the Burka. I just spent 10 days in Morocco -- I'm not a fan. I saw some very attractive girls, but they almost universally are wearing burquas (so who knows how hot they really are) and cannot speak English. I got the impression that Moroccans are more secular than other African Muslims (and certainly moreso than Middle Eastern Muslims) but probably to a lesser extent than European Muslims, and Muslims in Europe come with their own socio-economic issues as mentioned earlier in the thread.

But back to Morocco: I wouldn't want to move there.

I was referring to East African Muslims (think Horn of Africa and Egypt). Tunisia I would imagine is similar to Morocco in this respect.

The OP's post has me very confused. Is he trying to refer to white europeans who lived in north africa (french in algeria types aka black foot). Or is he trying to refer to French speaking North Africa. Or is he refering to turkish type descendents from the colonial era. The only question I'd have is how could he even tell he was dealing with North Africans and not arabs from say Lebanon or Syria. North Africa was colonized by the Turkish for 600-800 years depending on the country and often it is difficult or impossible for even me who is from there to tell the difference on looks alone.

On the issue of Arabs and Berbers. The reality is that the term Arab and Muslim and often used interchangeably throughout much of Africa especially among the older generation but as a rule of thumb the further west and south you head the less racial arabs you encounter. Realize many people in this region are so mixed racially from different invaders and migrants (romans, greeks, turks, arabs, africans, jews etc.) they have no reliable information on their actual ancestry and calling themself arab is the only title that seems fitting. In fact I recall having an argument with another Algerian on how he calls himself Arabic and why it makes no sense when you understand Algeria history(too long to explain). More or less he said he can't go around calling himself african because his skin is whiter than the Italian guy who was sitting near by, and he couldn't call himself white because he wasn't. So I can see why arab self identification is quiet popular. However one can be an ethnic arab (speak arabic and follow arab cultural practices which often are highly close to islamic practices) and still be racially a berber. Some of North Africa like Egypt have high amount of racial Arabs. Algeria and Morocco have higher amount of berber and I think morocco is about 60% berber and algeria just about everyone is berber or mixed with berber. Tunisia has lower amounts of berbers.

Anyways The best looking white skinned girls out of north africa may be the morocco jew types. I never really found egyptian girls hot, but Morocco is probably the best and Libya the worst.
