Fascinating documentary about what is happening in Iran. I had heard about it, but didn't realize it was so pervasive.

Thanks for the link.

Talking about prostitution in Iran, a few months ago I saw an article on BBC Persian which told that according to a recent study more than half of the sex workers in the capital were neglected middle class married women (!). I have no idea to what extent it's true, but the figure is flabbergasting in itself.

I gave a paying French lesson to an Iranian lady in her mid thirties over skype yesterday. She was hitting on me so hard I almost felt embarrassed when I realized her husband and children were hanging around in the house (wait, was this beta [Image: idea.gif]).

There's also that book which I haven't read yet but might be interesting: Passionate uprisings: Iran's sexual revolution

Saw this documentary a while back on a swedish channel. Interesting.

This is called Nikāḥ al-Mutʿah (Arabic: نكاح المتعة‎ "Pleasure marriage"), is a fixed-term contractual marriage in Shia Islam, which is automatically dissolved upon completion of its term.
Apparently this is widely used by wealthier men to buy sex and at the same time avoid breaking islamic rules.

Here in Germany I met an Iranian girl, thirty-three years old. Face a little tired with a smidge too much makeup. Gorgeous body... Beautiful tits, big round ass (if you're into that), and a constant giggle that was addictive. She is certainly German-raised, if not German-born.

She told me she visits Iran sporadically to see family. She said last time she was there she went to a private party inside a house. The moment she walked in, she saw all the trappings of typical club culture, down to girls in revealing dresses grinding on guys. Then the cops came by, which apparently they do on patrol, and they turned down the music, everyone got really quiet. Then the police left, they resumed. She mentioned people who have parties sometimes bribe the cops.

Sexual revolution indeed.

She also said something amusing. When she and her cousins stopped at a red light, guys would walk up to the car and toss in crumpled up pieces of paper with their phone number on it. I wonder if they just prepare a number of these every week and keep them in their pocket to fling at girls.

She also mentioned Iranians are incredibly kind people. The example she used was if you were in an open area and were lost or had no money or some such trouble, there would be a dozen people out to help you within minutes. This sounded like anecdotal evidence based on her own experience.

I found all this interesting and her hotness made me curious about Iran. Though she looked a bit worn, her sexy body and contagious enthusiasm were very attractive. Makes you wonder what Iranian nineteen-year-olds are like...

Thought I'd share.

Fathom,

I was in Iran last in 2004 and as of that time, I can confirm what your german girl said. We both gave our numbers on pieces of paper as well as received them that way. Remember, there are no clubs/bars so the street is the dominant hollering venue. How it works is this: Young people will holler anywhere but at any given time, a certain street or area will become the dominant pick-up spot, until it becomes too popular, at which point the authorities crack down. That place becoming exhausted, a new spot will "break out." When I was there, "Iran Zameen" which means "Iran land" was the pick-up street. At all times, one should be vigilant for the moral police who can cause trouble if the hollering is blatant.

Parties are also as you/she described, in Tehran (not necessarily elsewhere). However, my experience was not such that you come into a party and girls are looking to "jump you" figuratively. That said, there is definitely a great novelty factor being an american, and at the time, hip hop and house music was definitely played quite a bit at the parties I went to.

The biggest issue, hands down with hooking up in Iran is the lodging logistics. You cannot bring a non-spouse into a hotel room with you, and as of 2004 (and still today, to my knowledge) apts were not easily available for short rental a la AirBnb. This means you must have a friend with his own place, if you are visiting and hoping to hook up. This can be a challenge given that many if not most young single people still live at home in Tehran.

With the first story, every one of the 10 points is right except #8. I've also written in the Tehran thread about how foreign tourists are treated like low-level celebrities.

Would a sigeh deal with this?

I read about this a little, basically a temporary marriage, which can last for as little as a few hours, but you need to get the paperwork done up and everything.

Sounds like a better idea to get a Persian flag outside of Iran. That is actually one of my most desired flags as I think Persian girls can be ridiculously hot, but they are a difficult circle to breach.

I'm sure Iran would still be incredible to visit for other reasons.

I've heard elsewhere that Iranians are really hospitable and my personal experience with them (at least the ones fresh from the boat) also confirms this. Iran is a big one to have your eyes on. I have a severe case of wanderlust so there are many countries I want to visit badly, but I might have to make it to Iran sooner rather than later. It would be really cool to spend an extended amount of time there and not just pass through. Either study Persian at a local university or teach English or something, to get plugged into the country. Of course the beauty of the girls there is a big plus too.

It would be interesting to read more of Roosh's thoughts on Iran either here or on his blog. I know he has touched on the subject previously.

My first girlfriend was Persian...she was also my biggest headache. however, she's not typical of Persian girls other than she was beautiful. Most Persian girls are pretty friendly and smart and better looking than the average non-Eastern European girl. They're also quite traditionally feminine and go for alpha type guys. I guess that's good for people on this forum.

Actually, the best place (besides Iran perhaps) to see really beautiful Persian women is in Sweden or Orange Country, CA. LA perhaps, especially around Westwood but many of them are the "Shahs of Sunset" type...hence lots of make up and plastic surgery...and totally bitchy attitudes. Dress nice though...I've met few Persian girls who don't dress to impress, even if they're going out to buy groceries. They're like Brazilians or Argentines in that sense...

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, a man who has been one of the most powerful men in Iran in the last couple of years and gave the West headaches through his fiery rhetoric about Israel and the development of the Iran’s nuclear program, has returned to his original profession, teaching.

After the expiry of his second term he decided to withdraw from political life and start working again as a professor and teach at the University of Science and Technology.

A situation where the highest state official and a man who wielded enormous power subsequently returns to his humble position as a university professor job is hard to imagine.

However, the former Iranian president now takes the a bus to work every day and, judging by the photo, looks content.

For the last 6 weeks or so I have been seeing a Persian girl and I have to agree with what the others have said, they are wonderful people, very kind, very sexy, look after themselves and know how to treat a man.

at least in my case, the one i am seeing is, not at all shy behind closed doors although she is somewhat inexperienced but thats OK and i kind of like it like that because the way she fumbles around at times I know she does not have a high notch count. However she loves to get her freak on, just like any healthy person does [Image: smile.gif]

I feel so stupid believing the stereotypes shoved down my throat all these years and I am having serious problems not catching feelings for this woman or at the least a case of oneitious.

To put her in perspective, sexiness aside and boy is she sexy, she makes a real effort to get dressed up when she sees me but not like a slut, like a lady. She cooks, and cooks well, she is polite , well educated, well traveled and independent and even wants to clean my pad haha.

I am not used to this type of woman after dating multiple western sluts all these years, as she was born in Iran and moved her to get her degree then her residency which she now has so I can only assume she has not at least yet been corrupted.

She also has the best looking and smelling puss i have seen in a decade, its 100% yum!

All in all, do not sell Persian women short, if you see one you like go for it because they are a lot of fun and will treat you like a man, the way a man should be treated....at least that's how it has been so far.
