Therefore, I tried pipelining chicks on OKC, POF. Got a few positive responses, but most were reluctant to give me their number. Got one number, but I think she was a stripper and was planning to squeeze me for cash.
Stayed in Boca at a relative's condo by Myself. Place was depressing. Even if I had had the opportunity to bring a girl back, logistics would have been poor.
It is very difficult for me to approach girls, and go to bars, especially flashy one, by myself. But I did practice some approaching. Man, that shit is not easy. Tried a few, "Hey, do you know if there is a starbucks around here?" openers to no avail. Anyway, for those of you looking for information rather than a novel on my lack of game:
Blue martini Boca raton. This is the place to be north of Ft lauderdale. Good talent. Got there early had a nice place at the bar where i could post up. Was hitting it off with a tall russian 6.5 who sat next to me, things were looking good, then she dissapeared. Lot of nice looking girls, and plenty of jersey Shore Douchbags. Good spot for you guys on the board.
Clematis Street West palm beach. Prob about 20 bars in 4 block strip. I was there on a friday night. got there a little early, wasnt too impressed with the talent. More of a homogenous (White) crowd. Went to a few places including roxy's. Was allright, probably would have been better if i went later.
Checked out Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach as it had been mentioned on this board. Not much going on, avoid.
I got a tip from a dude i met at the poker table about a few bars strippers go to after hours. Apparently, in Broward county, the strip clubs close @ 2 but all the other bars can stay open till 4. I went to Cheers on Cypress Creek rd, Pompano beach, 1 mile east of 95. Didnt see too many strippers in there, kind of a rough crowd, and every girl had a few duded with them. There was another bar right down the street that was supposed to be a similar strippers hang out but i didnt go there.
Hard Rock Casino. Lot of talent there, nice atmosphere, talked up another attractive girl there, but she flaked to. I suspected she may have been a pro and fled the scene when it became apparent I was not a big spender. Lot of black girls here if you like that.
Saw a lot of random bars/clubs with full parking lots that seemed a little more ethnic up and down rt 1 between FT lauderdale and West palm. I would recommend some of you guys hitting up one of these randomly, but I was too much of a pussy and worn out by that time.
For those of you who like playing poker, there are a lot of poker rooms with bad players. I would recommend the Isles as the best one, hard rock was good, and I won money but I hear they have the best players there. Palm beach kennel club is ultra ghetto, and also went to coconut creek.
Overall, relaxing but not a great trip. Good to have practice on rolling solo and approaching. However, I have decided I will not go on vacation domestically anymore. If i'm taking a trip, I'm taking my passport.
