A friend made me watch a show on TLC called My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding recently.

I must admit I got hooked on it and ended up watching the whole season.

Irish Gypsy Girls or Travelers as they like to be called are some of the hottest women I've ever seen. They have long hair down to their ass.

They dress very sexy all the time. Almost like strippers walking around in public. But they are highly moral.

The interesting part of their culture is that marry very young. Usually at ages 16-18. They must be virgins with an untarnished reputation or risk being outcasts and never marry.

They don't drink or smoke. They have no desire for higher education. They know their role in life is to be married and be a happy housewife and do all the cooking and cleaning.
They live out of trailers or "caravans" and travel around England from campsite to campsite.

I think it would impossible to crack their social circle and bang one of these wandering hotties. I would sure love to try.

Can any forum brothers chime in and let me know if this is how most women think and act from Ireland or England? Or is this just a Gypsy thing?

oh here we go haha.you will not crack a traveller social circle EVER.if your an american you'll get laughed at if you try to get stuck into a traveller.the ones on the tv are the half decent looking ones,go to any normal "halting site/traveller site" and youl get run out by them,they are horrible people.

One episode a bar owner was talking about dowries. He said it's not uncommon for a groom to be given 50k-120k pounds from the bride's family.
Where do they get this kind of money? I thought they all worked manual labor jobs and had a hard time finding work due to discrimination?

Bottom line you do not want to associate with one in any shape or form. Screw one lest you become intangled in some sort of gypsy tradition, meaning if you have sex with on you have to marry them or your life is forfeit. Have heard many stories like this.

Their manners are generally garbage. So I don't think this is the kind of girl the average RVF member is looking for.

You're right, it would be impossible. Travellers are not people you want to be involved with, so don't search them out.

No, this is unusual in Ireland and the UK. I personally don't believe they all stay virgins until marriage. I think this was just propaganda to make them look respectable.

They squat and don't pay for housing. They probably have council housing somewhere paid for by yours truly (me, the taxpayer) and then let it out illegally or something. Without trying to sound racist, they do all kinds of dodgy stuff, insurance fraud, dog fights, gambling, you name it, they probably do it. The show you're watching is like the trash reality tv britain got off on in 2009 or 2010 before "the only way is essex" (TOWIE) came along. Maybe another show you want to look into for entertainment purposes. I haven't seen either show.

I'm a fairly nuanced person but if given the power I'd bar travellers/gypsys/romer from setting foot on my country's soil. These are some of the most insular, thieving and violent groups found in the western world. Americans are largely free from their incursions due to their low numbers over there. In Europe however they are the scum of the earth.

If you ever need to redirect a conversation and/or find commonality with someone in Europe, casually mention how you were recently screwed over by gypsies. You will be flooded with similar anecdotes from those around. It's telling that one of the most common experiences on the continent is the bad experience of a particular group.

I was raised in a city with many gypsies, both Spanish and Romanian (but never fucked one). Here there are some points that are probably the same for all the European ones:
-They are often very hot in their teen years. It never lasts after the wedding, and they marry very young.
-They're supposed to be virgins until marriage, and their hymen is tested at the ceremony. Before it, they have often recurred to a special type of plastic surgery: hymen reconstruction.
-The women raise the children and do the housework, but don't expect them to be feminine.
-If they marry a non gypsy, they'll never know again of their families.
-Male gypsies brag about their big penises. I haven't verified if it's true.
-If you do harm one of them, even a slight scratch, the entire family will beat you.
-I've never seen them ill. I don't know if they're a superior race or if it comes from stronger immune systems because of lack of hygiene.
-They're not protected outside their group. If the police finds one of them killed, attributes it to "settling of scores" and never investigate it.

National geographic channel just launched a new reality show about American gypsies living in New York City. It's fascinating but they seem like the most insular people on the planet. They don't seem to want anything to do with someone that isn't a roma. That would certainly rank as a very exotic flag to score, but I think you'd have a better chance nailing an Amish chic than a gypsy. Her family would likely hunt you down and murder you if they found out you deflowered one of their virgins.

it's the opposite for the irish gyspy gene pool (including the 'pikies' that you see in many british cities and some towns)
in Ire & UK, the traveller population tend to die younger than settled people, I believe this is due mostly to their junk food diet
i know a couple of travellers and they all have somebody in their family suffering from cancer or heart disease (and not necessarily old people either)
i feel like telling them to stock on up some ACV but somehow I doubt they'd listen to me!

I don't know anything about travelers I didn't see on the show so I got nothing to add but that show was addicting as hell. seemed like Guidos on steroids, not physically but the worst things Jersey shore would show, the big hair, the clothes, the fights all get ramped up on the show, I could imagine what they'd be like when they don't have cameras on. The thought crossed my mind a few times there girls are hot but they're showing 15-19 year olds, the older traveler chicks all seemed to balloon the fuck up. On the show it portrayed the girls as doing what it takes to find a man, get the big wedding then once the dudes locked in they let it all go and stop givin a shit. The one thing that made me laugh hard was the custom of grabbing, where any guy can physically grab a girl and take her off somewhere to get some play, the girls were like yeah we're used to it, if we don't like the guy we can try to fight it off...but nobody thinks its strange to see their daughter/sister/relative dragged down the street by a dude..we need to adopt this into mainstream culture lol

You do get pikey girls who are DTF but they are the ruff ones and some will only take it up the arse so they are still a virgin when they get married. It's a flag I want but don't have but pikies are fucking dangerous, they may talk about honour and fair fights but trust me when I say they are cold hearted dangerous fuckers. Crime is a way of life for them and some round my way were recently convicted of keeping a load of slaves. A pal of mine had a falling out with one and it ended with a gun being put to his mothers head and his pregnant wife's stomach. Irish travelers and gypsies are in no way related to each other. Irish travelers just sometimes get called gypsies because they've adopted a very similar culture but ethnically travelers are just Irish people while the real gypsies originally came from India and they look like Indians who have mixed with Europeans.

I don't know if Irish travelers are the same (doubt it) but proper gypsies have some really weird ideas on sexual morality. I grew up in a town with gypsies and the way they explained it they're taught that whites are not really people: what you do to them or with them doesn't count if you're getting some cash out of it. They just busted a gypsy prostitution ring a few blocks from where I live which had fathers pimping their teenage daughters to the various lowlives that fuck street prostitutes. If their daughter fucked some gypsy boy for fun it would be scandalous and she'd be kicked out but fucking homeless Finnish alcoholics for small bills all day long doesn't count and she's still a "virgin".

Another example: they just busted one of the notorious Finnish serial child rapists living in a gypsy town in Bulgaria fucking little gypsy boys for pitiful cash. Cash that he was paying to the families of the little boys who would beat up their children if they refused to go... that sort of stuff.

There's no way to describe how weird gypsy culture is unless you've met it.
