I started a pure - bar strength training program. Results are showing already. Biggest back and arms that I have ever seen on myself.
Search "barstarzz" on YouTube. They have some great videos on getting started.

Also, you want to eat every 3-4 hours. Your body needs that constant nutrition. I alternate between peanuts and almonds each day. Finally, you need to drink a tremendous amount of water every day. Your body is composed of seventy percent water. If you get to the gym four times a week and constantly eat, your body will begin to get ripped. I wish you the best of luck.
Absolutely false. The less water you drink the more dense your body becomes. Fat people drink water. Think of it like grapes and raisins. Grapes are fat and round....horrible. Raisins are lean, cut, and defined. This way you don't actually have to workout. Your body will shrink to the point to where all your existing muscle will show.
So, stop drinking water.
Garbage. Water is easily the most important thing you need to build muscle. Your glands depend on water to keep proper function a and secrete and limit certain hormones.
Next amino acids depend on water to expan and form. You fool. The protiens in your body literally need water to function this is grade 8 biology.
When lifting and your muscles are tearing and blood is rushing into you muscles this blood is taken from other parts of the body. If you are dehydrated and other organs or parts of the body are not hydrated your body will not take out as much blood as it would other wise.
Water is dependent for proper digestion. You need goo ammounts of water to process food and especially the abundance of animal protiens most body builders take in.
Water helps you loose weight also since it fills you up and keeps you flush and not hungry and searching for carbs
Getting ripped is all about body fat. Evreybody whom lifts and gains strength and mass has muscle. Its just a matter of how much and where your body puts on masse and fat. To get ripped as shit your body fat needs to drop below 10%.
And lastly fat people don't drink water. Watching a fat person struggle to down a glass of water is quite funny. They drink juice and pop.. This why they are fat! Its well known that if fat people just drink water they can loose a sizable ammount of weight because of no empty calories and eating less via being full of water.
Your body needs water I drink at least 2-3L when I lift. I am going hard and sweating like a mad man, my body craves it. You always see serious lifters with big jugs of water in the gym. When your destroying your body you need the hydration.
