I'm into #3 though I'd hold #4 as a close second.
I did like the "original" cover but I guess it would have looked funny out in the open.

I cast my ballot. Those are some pretty nice designs that really convey the theme of the book.

#3 is the boldest, clearest and the one most in keeping with your overall branding. Simple with the information on the back laid out in a nice easy to read format.
#4 is a close second, it's less literal (I like the bullets theme) and also nice and bold.
#5 reminds me of a Malcolm Gladwell book but doesn't work as well.

#5 looks like one of those WarriorForum products and only one girl's face. #4 is ok but I don't like the revolver analogy.

I think # 4 has the best front cover (backside is not so interesting), clearly the most attractive, and the one which would probably garantee more sales

I like the subtiltle of this book : "from patient mouse to rabid wolf". It could've been nice to have a book design using something similar to the famous "march of progress" evolution graphic. But replacing the chimp by a mouse, and the man by a wolf.

I like #3. It makes you think for a minute before you realize that it's a little dehumanizing. Kind of like assigning the girls an ID number rather than a name. Only issue I noticed was the description of lizards number 1 and 3 on the back cover. They're the same.
I would not go with number 4 unless you want the SPLC, NOW, and whomever else with an ax to grind, breathing heavily down your neck.

I'm not sure who came up with the concept, but the book is better than that rather uncreative A-to-A relationship. I'm starting to think #5 or #2 are better runner-ups to the clear favorite: #3.
