Yes, it is a red flag when people remain single with no history of serious relationships by a certain age. Give women over 30 more consideration if they had serious education and career accomplishments in their twenties, e.g., a Ph.D. or M.D. If she was busy in grad school or moving for prestigious jobs, then she has some excuse.
You forgot:
5) Divorced without kids.
Many young women make stupid choices and have a failed "starter marriage". Then they get divorced without kids by their early thirties.
You know Rollo's famous SMV graph:
https://therationalmale.com/2012/06/04/f...g-the-smp/
Women in their twenties have a 2:1 ratio of available single men. For example, using the "half your age plus 7" rule, and 22-year-old women might date men from 21- to 30-years old, but a 22-year-old man might date women from age 18-22. The woman dates a ten-year age range, but the man dates only a five-year age range! But as the women age, the older men are more likely to be married or paired off. A 30-year-old woman might date men from 29 to 46, but most of those men are married. A 30-year-old man can date 22-31, mostly single women.
This ratio effect is huge. In engineering schools with 60% men, only 40 out of 60 men get matched. That means that one-third of the men become temporary incels. Young women reject men because the men are under 6' tall, or wear old-man shoes or use an Android phone instead of an Apple I-phone. In NYC or DC, the average age of marriage is 30. So women face a dramatic shift at this age. They must decide whether to date a man who is short, or Indian, or lacking money or a college degree. Or these women can remain single for a few more years in a deteriorating market and risk never having children.
