From what I've read about the potential risks if you do it too much or with too much pressure - and I'm sure there's no one-size-fits-all (pun intended?) program for everyone - I think I will just settle for what nature gave me.
It may work - countless internet anecdotes say it does, virtually all medical professionals (the ones who have bothered commenting on the matter) seem to say it doesn't and at best you're merely stimulating blood flow (which could certainly be a benefit of its own) - so good on you if it does.
