One of the many reasons I've never bought into Christianity is that those who purport to believe/practice it are the same who are running around hating those who are also "God's children".
There must be something seriously wrong in the mind of someone who has a disdain for someone because of their race, skin tone, or something else they had no control over and isn't inherently wrong.
These same people who believe in Heaven and Hell must resign themselves to where they are most likely going, and many of these people are purported Christians, but they're living so far from what has been deemed as God's image that it is mindblowing.
The biggest problem Blacks have made has been to not reframe the societies they live in and the people who run them and in the process make a concerted effort to disconnect themselves from them. Instead, they've fought so hard for social integration, that White Supremacy has taken an even stronger hold and it's developed to the point where it's been so finely refined, that people have a hard time recognizing it even though it's in their faces on a daily basis -- furthermore, many in the white proletariat actually believe that it no longer exists.
If you look at other groups of ethnic people who have come to this country, they do everything possible to keep themselves away from white supremacy because they don't want it rampant in their schools, neighborhoods, and homes, they also want to maintain their own culture and language as much as possible. As a result, they rely on making money off each other and building families with each other without a care in the world to being accepted by those who really don't like them. They know and understand this because the same people who proudly talk about how their families came through Ellis Island at the turn of the 20th century, are the same people who want this government to do everything from keeping any new waves of immigrants out, mostly brown and black people.
