I have no doubt that the TV industry is indeed ground zero for cultural marxism and progressive degeneracy, but you have to keep in mind that pretty much every Westerner with a higher education degree is a blue pill liberal cuck. I work in computational physics research and 90%+ of my coworkers are hysterical liberals. So I don't know if changing jobs will really help you.
If you really want a more red pill working environment, your best chances are starting your own company or learning a trade.
