Fine-Tuning your Lifestyle (Tips)

Lifestyle tweaks in order to maximize and manage testosterone, free time, money, women, and social life...

I'm 25, fresh out of college, and wondering what tweaks you guys have made in order to maximize the benefits you get out of life. Specifically, I'm referring to things like testosterone management, free time/time-management, money, women, and social life.

I've found that mindset when it comes to the latter four things on the list above is a major contributor to success in those areas, but it is not everything.

When it comes to free time: setting alarms every hour and thinking you have to force yourself to do it, grudgingly, is not the way to go. I set up my days around how something is going to make me feel. For example, I'll give myself a 15 minute rest, then go to the computer to practice coding. I know those moments from when you're just rising out of bed and booting up the computer are where you feel drained by the change in INTERTIA, but if you just keep rolling through it, you'll feel alright again in no time. You gotta like it. When you like it, you'll do it.

With money, it helps that I'm naturally practical in a lot of ways. I don't need the fanciest clothing, cars, this's and that's simply because I place more value on how well it's going to help me accomplish my goals. Pink Gold Iphone my ass.

Women: When I'm out, I just focus on the successes of the night. I save the cringe moments for when I'm alone and am no longer concerned with fighting those feelings. If I'm naturally going to feel a negative emotion, I'll feel it. It's necessary for learning. I also stay clear of dogmatic observation of pick up techniques and other manipulative mind tricks. They take up much mental energy. I say just get confident in your social skills and let your instincts do the rest.

Social life, pretty simple. You can make a conscious decision to be nice, really nice, and people will pick up on that and see it for what it is. Or, you can simply be honest with yourself and focus on what you want and like to do, and just do it without thinking of all the consequences or moral implications or doubts that you would normally contend with.

Anything workable you'd want to share? I know this is a basic list, but it's my first time posting, so bare with me.

You'll know the truth by how it feels.
