You pay cash for web design, not equity. Preferably on fiverr or something similar. You can pay for better web design if and when the market validates your idea.
yes i could pay for a web design, but one of my friends is a web designer and i told him the idea. He was pretty interested in the concept but i dont know if having him as a partner is a catalyzer or will slow down my process since he lives pretty far away.
