Just looking at your budget Cyclone I get the sense that's really on the "budget" end...
Like, if someone wants to eat at nice non-plastic-chair-on-street places, and drink in places where they might actually meet somewhat classy hotties, they're gonna be spending alot more than $55/week on food and drinks.
Still, cool finds on the rooms though. That's definitely an area you're gonna get more value for money in than in HCMC. And always good to hear about how low you could keep the costs down if you tried.
