From my knowledge and experience, I would be pushing for a Euro focused government. Russia has got bad press for years now. Products and services are cheaper over there because of the spread of communism.
The reason doctors and lawyers don't have the same life style as the oligarchs is because they get paid as poorly as someone working in a less skilled job. The oligarchs are corrupt firstly and bringing in outside money to live in an economy where goods such as property is super cheap.
