im not afraid to talk to girls at all,its just been a while since i have had to try and seal the deal.but yeah im pickin up what your saying about scaring yourself into stuff,i used to be a amatuer sponsored skateboarder/snowboarder and some of the things i did back then were huge in building confidence.....a sick day on the hill or a good day filming in the streets would always boost me up.
