The main thing that those things can manage is to get someone banned or fired - and this also only if the media or politicians care about that enough. They would ignore 3 billion votes on a stop to end the funding of feminism and the LGBT agenda.
Despite this entire idea being so incredibly stupid even the Wallstreet Journal is giving those looney ideas some room:
