She can do ballet - that would be even better, but expecting that from women is a bit too much. It helps for them to be bendable and versatile in bed:
There are some observable benefits in regards to yoga and longevity similar to meditation which has been proven to be somewhat effective even by peer-reviewed studies. It's not much use if you are overweight though.
