I read Nelson Vergel's Testosterone: A Man's Guide several years back, and ended up going with Defy Medical Clinic. They've been great - everything is done online and over the phone (I live in Seattle, they're located in Tampa).
Nice, so what's their monthly charge? The wrote you a script without an in person checkup?
