The title of this thread is really confusing and complex or maybe its just me.
With that being said anyone could really get a 100% rate if that was their main goal. Just go to philipines. You could even get higher like some have done.
IMO a better poll would be, have you ever done a perfect week? (like in how I met your mother). Rules are 7 consecutive nights Monday-Sunday. No blowouts so first approach has to be the one.
