The constituency pushing gay marriage has a large overlap with the crowd in favor of requiring enthusiastic consent on campuses. Expect "Yes Means Yes" to spread to spread to most of the states in blue above. It's an easy way to lock in the woman vote. It may take a few years until it spreads across the country (with the predictable holdouts), but it's going to happen.
