Just start with the logistics? I have been asking for the pic and to tell me about themselves.
I "speak" very casually, conversationally. My ads state some genral info about my appearance - tells them I'm good looking and not fat, and expect the same from them.
Half the replies come with a pic - some with no face or blacked out. I'm ok with this. My first qualifier is body. If not fat I proceed and will send my pics. Most of the other will give height and some indication of body type. This is ok too in my book. Now if I get nothing I will reiterate my stats and ask for a pic or physical description. I also ask a few questions and offer my own answers to said questions. Where in the city they are, what do they do for fun, make a comment about weather or something funny....
So my reply is not a one liner - maybe a few short sentences...
Replies that are too eager ; can you meet today?, or addressing you as sweety, etc, - fake.
