First of all women are not weaker then men. They have their feminine viles and power of state behind them. A man has only his superior physical strength that counts little in the total balance of power. Some men have also game, but without game a woman is more powerful than a man.

Second - what do you want from this guy - first you attack him for punching and then you attack him for punching too weak. Well maybe it was calculated and he just punched hard enough to send the message but not getting responsible for manslaughter. You are contradicting yourself. It seems you are trying to twist and bend to white knight here and bring the poor guy who was bleeding down.
