With girls like that, I always think if it is a good idea to flake yourself. Don't make it seem like a 'fuck you bitch take that kind of flake', but more like, hey you know I dont really remember too much of you, its been a while and yeah sort of forgot about our date or something came up.
Anyway, if you do meet, be aggressive, no time to waste with girls like that. She either wants it or not, the time for petty talk is done. If you decide to go the flake route yourself, I give it a good chance, she'll come back wanting more and then the bang is a done deal. The higher value is acknowledged and she needs to validate her ego to atleast get a fuck from you.
