Here is something worth noting.

In the ROK article and on Twitter, Roosh is making a very simple argument to all these self-proclaimed "survivor" bitches: if you were really raped and did not report it, you are putting other women in danger by letting a rapist walk. So either you are lying, or you are being criminally irresponsible. Roosh even composed a very funny verse to that effect on Twitter which I'll let you discover for yourself. As he remarks, they really have no comeback against this argument.

But it's good to understand why they don't have a comeback. The reason is very simple: this thought never enters their minds. Females don't care about what happens to other people; never have, never will. All they care about is their emotions and desires.

This is most especially true when it comes to the way they act towards men. If a woman likes you, you could be a murderer, rapist, torturer, you could rape her and others, you can do whatever you want; she will protect you, lie for you, cheerfully collude in your crimes, and if she likes you enough, die for you. If she doesn't care for you, you're roadkill, whether you did anything to her or anyone else, or not. The effect of all this on other people never detains her for one moment. Every female knows in her heart of hearts this is true, and will admit it in a moment of frankness.

That is why the very simple argument Roosh is making strikes these females as a kind of revelation to which they have no answer; it involves the reality of other people, something they have never once contemplated since it is not something they care about.
