- 1/2 Cup of greek yogurt
- Mixed berries (black, blue, raspberries and strawberries)
- Almonds
- A bit of coconut oil
- Whey protein
Blend it all up and chug it down for my morning's first meal.
From a health / nutrition standpoint, can it be improved? More nutrients somewhere? People here are on the edge of healthy knowledge so I was curious. Thanks!
