Hmmmm, it's a little late but if you really want to check out a club then Kyo on Cecil St goes on until 4am ish and although won't be full should still be busy enough. But things been quite hit and miss of late here. Not sure its worth it but a cab there will be around 25 sing dollars and should take 25 mins

Club Bang Bang at the Pan Pacific will be more happening but at that time you will struggle to get in

Or if you just want to go straight to the titty bars then go to orchard towers, on orchard road. itll at least be busy and you can get a drink
