A few tips for curbing sugar cravings

I really enjoyed sweets during my mid-teens. I lost my sweet tooth soon after. I do still enjoy biscuits, crisps and liquorice and the occasional chocolate bar. What I discovered is the more water I consume from day to day, the less I crave anything sweet. When I'm not drinking enough water I crave fizzy drinks and alcohol.
