All that is happening for the majority of America is what has been happening in Black America for decades now. Marriage rates among African-Americans have been in the shitter since the 70s. White America ("the majority" which is soft speak for talking about white Americans. To the same affect that the NYT when it rings its alarms is intended to alert the white bougiouse Americans on issues). The paralels are almost the same as they were back in the day for African-Americans whom saw their men be emasculated at wholesale levels by a prison system, a economic swindle the destroyed manufacturing jobs in urban centres, drugs, and the slow start to the sezuire and transfer of wealth to women via government systems and the courts. Minus the prison issue you can almost tie those issues into modern day burdens today. For prison, let's use debt instead which did not come online mainstream until the 80's. Now you have mortgages and loans that have put men into bondage not much different then the man locked up in the pen.
I could go on this topic for a long time. You can easily look the crystal ball to see where its all headed as you just have to look at the broken pieces of the African-American community to see where America will end up:
Majority obesity in women
Ultra hypergamous activity among women
Mass amounts of children out of wedlock
Women leading with wealth and education attainment over men
Men with decling health (still with donate attention payed towards specific cultural ailments)
The disappearnce of the nuclear family
Negative birth rates
Hyper sexualitly among the women, and the bizzare contrast of hyper homosexuslity among the males.
High abortion rates to the extent almost half the children are aborted among the black community
Degeneration of culture and class: It went from Jazz and James Baldwin to Trap music and WSHH .
Contuinung decline in wealth even as education rates rise among African-Americans

To steer this away from a race (as this isnt a bait post) just keep in mind in the old days all these issues were almost unknown to the African-American community. This community used to live more Conservative and religious lifestyles then white Americans and had female marriage rates as high as 95%. Wealth accumulation was higher as was general employment rates. Having children out of wedlock was barley on the register and th core values of community and family were extremly important to their way of life. Fast forward 60 years and its gone all down hill, and all by design by rulling classes whom never wanted to see a viable minority rise to hold any tangible peice of power that would of been indepdent and out of their control. Next up is is the majority of the rest of American as they now know that have seen this program in working destroy African-Americans by a large margian.
If you want to see the future just go back and trace key events for shifts in the African American community as many factors that have affected them (minus political BS and certain cultural traits I.e. diet and certain foods in relation to health) and a road map starts to roughly form.
