You don't have to knock down someone to make yourself look and feel better. (applies to both gender)
Just go along with a conversation and she might realize she needs to read more. If she is into you and has a good personality, she will change her eyes to 'curious look' and focus on your speech like a student.
(BTW, it's so easy to go to a club and find someone you can outsmart right away. But what's the point? Will those girls in tight mini dress, will care about your knowledge?)
