Probably worth staying then IMO. ~30k gets paid off a lot quicker than 100k+. But that's assuming no scholarships. If you like the job in the first place, I'd say go for it. It's an entirely different story if you're just staying in order to get grad school paid for, but from your post that seems like an ancillary benefit to a job you already like.
