Danish,Swedish and Norwegian are very close.If you speak one you can understand all the rest especially the written speech.The roots of the words are exactly the same.They are also very simplified languages not many grammatical rules.Only Danish speak from larynx and sometimes it is difficult to understand them.I do not think it is of particular advantage in flirting to speak Scandinavian languages since all the girls are aware of their small populations and all speak very good English.
In Germany you have a small advantage if you speak German since it means higher probability of integration and that you are more presentable to her acquintances.Dutch girls also like when you speak their language which is very similar to German.
If you operate in Netherlands for sure you need Dutch.
