Of course when a girl says she does crossfit or works out I always make them flex and feel their muscles but the last few girls I told them to hold their arm up but dont flex. I then proceed to flip the fat underneath the arm that a lot of girls have when they aren't flexing.
I think some girls are very self conscious about this so make sure she doesn't actually have a lot of fat
