murdering a man: 1-2 years sentence in social work
murdering a woman: death: electric chair or the death injection or in the best case, life sentence
raping a man: impossible. if man had sex, it was rape against the woman for sure
raping a woman: minimum 25 years, but usually life sentence
virtually raping a woman: 3 - 15 years sentence
