Undercut's in one form or another have been popular since the Roaring Twenties. I have a feeling he meant the Skrillex cut because I remember him talking about them in Don't Bang Denmark.
Interesting. In Australia most the undercuts I see at the moment are styled up instead of slicked back.
The 90's era curtained hair is a type of undercut. An undercut is basically any hairstyle where the sides/back are kept shorter then the rest of the hair.
