I'm not sure there's any reason to think they are losing just yet. In some ways they are a victim of their own success. They've lived in a relatively safe echochamber in social media for the last 8 years. It's only now, when their ideas are gaining mainstream traction, that they are finally seeing some sunlight and long-overdue public mockery. Whether or not it's part of a public backlash remains to be seen. Many leftist groups are at odds with each other, but as a whole they still seem to hold together in solidarity.

The thing that is really troubling to me is the number of chicks who are somewhere between atrocious and average who act like they have model-tier aesthetics. Seriously look at this:



Does she have a mirror? There is no way a young woman who is so overweight can truly be happy with her appearance. The amount of self-delusion is staggering.
