I chatted online with a girl from Iligan a bunch of times - she lived in what looked to be a concrete hut in the jungle, as far as I could see from her camera. Iligan is borderline muslim territory, FYI, not Zambo, but not completely off the radar for kidnapper types either. CDO and Surigao and GenSan all seem safer choices, if thats a driving factor. I don't know why the hottest girls on FC always seem to be Zambo girls, maybe some of them are bait/switch or scam jobs, but can't be all of them.
The most unsafe part of the Philippines from that standpoint are the islands west of Mindanao, Sulu and Tawi Tawi. That's Abu Sayaf central, I believe. Its also supposed to have amazing wildlife, which is why the two french dudes who got kidnapped went their.
Surigao seems to me a very good compromise, and Ive chatted with some great looking girls from there (some relocated to Cebu). Surfing, beach...what could go wrong :?

Strip away judeo-christian ethics ingraining sex is dirty/bad & the idea we're taking advantage of these girls disintegrates. Once you've lost that ethical quandary (which it isn't outside religion) then they've no reason to play the victim, you've no reason to feel the rogue. The interaction is to their benefit.
