I don't think the title is terribly accurate. You might identify with the characters but I don't think the company thinks you're slimy because of an opinion.
That being said, this is a pretty cool story and I'm curious about the fallout (if any). At most of the HR sexual harassment seminars I've been to, there's not much audience interaction, it's basically dry lecture and maybe an attendance document passed around to sign. Most companies understand that people rarely agree on anything so they make paying lip service to their seminars very easy.
