I'm heading to one of those three cities with a good friend to stay for six months starting January; coastal city in Colombia to chase women, kitesurf, salsa, and learn spanish while looking for what's next. Any additional info would be greatly appreciated. I heard Cartagena's decent beaches are at least ten minutes out of town which is fine; same story for B'Quilla or is it a prohibitive distance to the good sand?
