You mentioned that SSRIs worked marvelously for you.
Perhaps you can try getting back on them but on a lower dose, so as not to cause as many side-effects.
I have a close friend whose always struggled with pre-mature ejaculation, perhaps to an even more severe degree than you. My urologist also mentioned that he often prescribes low-dose SSRIs and that it works well for his patients who suffer from PE.
