You've got to recalibrate your life and priorities. I would suggest rediscovering your own interests (reading, working out, etc.), and the rest will follow suit.
I similarly got down in the dumps (and the winter certainly didn't help) a few months back. But, that's not an excuse. You have to hone in on what's important to making yourself a better man.

It's necessary to cultivate your garden. Your garden is your essence as a man, and how you define your existence. Take some time to work on what really motivates you, and you'll be out of this rut in no time.
