Use flux on your pc and a similar app on your phone. After sunset it kills the blue light that makes your sleep shitty.
I use an alarm called sleep as android, and they have a bunch of alarm tunes that have a natural sound and they play gradually louder which, in my opinion is much better than loudasfuck beeeeeeps at 7AM
I think that these two factors contribute towards a better sleep and also waking up better
