If You Turned 20 Tomorrow...

I'll start off with some general advice: You should be spending your twenties planting, rather than harvesting.

Learning, growing, earning, grinding = planting

Relaxing, partying, being comfortable = harvesting

Breaking it down by areas of life:

Health - Your twenties are your prime time to spend building muscle, athleticism and an overall base of health to carry you through your life. Superficial reasons for lifting weights aside, a muscular body will keep you alive and mobile until your 60s and beyond. Commit to 3x hard barbell workouts a week for the next decade, and take up hard contact sports and/or martial arts.

Career - Westcoast's advice is good. Find mentors, put yourself around people who already have the career/money you want, and study them. Have a plan and be careful not to lock yourself into a role or path that doesn't lead you where you want to be.

Girls - Seek discomfort. Push your limits. Spend time tightening your game by chasing girls out of your league (planting) rather than running the same moves and banging the same level of girls you've had before (harvesting).

Focus - Read constantly, widely, and systematically. Keep a commonplace book. Keep a journal. Meditate.

Bringing it back to some specifics, here are a few mistakes I've made in the eight years since my 20th birthday:

Drinking too much - I played rugby and went to a party school. I spent between a quarter and half my waking hours drunk or hungover, for many years. The result was a lot of fun, but way too much wasted time and energy.

Too much time spent on mediocre girls
- I spent a lot of years chasing quantity over quality, mostly because I was driven by ego. I wanted to be the "cool guy" banging tons of girls, even though I was getting much more pleasure and satisfaction from the small number of top tier girls I came across.

Not taking my career seriously - I was the smart kid in high school who got As without trying, and I maintained that approach in my career. I got an easy 9-5 job, I maintained my small side business rather than growing it, and I dicked around with a few blogs rather than invest the time and energy to go pro.

Traveling for fun rather than with purpose - I took a year off to backpack and it was a blast, but no twenty-five year old deserves a one-year vacation. You should be traveling in your twenties, but you should be working, learning, and growing, not partying in hostels.

Lay out your current situation in life and the guys here will be able to give you better and more specific advice.
