Yeah, important to distinguish between ethnic European locals (German immigrants and the like) and the mestizos and mayans.
The latter are easier, but of course they would be, they're not that hot.
El Salvador has much more attractive local women. Best in CA from the little I saw - sadly, it can probably be attributed to brutal dictators slaughtering indigenous populations.
