Having had lots of female friends in school and seeing the shit they regularly said/did inoculated me a bit. The bottom line: they are mostly slutty (slaves to emotions/tingles) and clueless about life. Also very insecure with little self-awareness. Only exceptions imo are ones that had both good role models and significant adversity to overcome at a young age which is retardedly rare. It's hard to be intimidated by someone you pity.
As far as them not looking/acting like what you think of as slutty I offer this: they don't "mean" to be slutty they are just impulsive and "innocent" in a way at first. They start on that path and society shelters and even encourages them. If they do get burned in any way they always get the benefit of the doubt so they play the victim to avoid responsibility and the pain that comes with it. Hence the behavior gets reinforced and a slut is born. This is why EVERY girl has an "asshole ex who broke my heart". A normal guy with healthy boundaries can become a monster in her eyes if things go south and she gets hurt. No need to check herself.
This is how "good girls" are slutty in practice but act outwardly wholesome and normal and are considered as such. They aren't evil just flawed and weak. It's the nature of the beast. Nothing to do but understand and make peace with it. Honestly it's a huge relief and self-esteem boost once you do.
